Pre-workout full of fruits 🍓🥭
One of my favorites #Pre-workout of the season is #Strawberry 🍓 #Papaya with fine #oat flakes, #honey, #cinnamon and #Chia seeds topping. You should try replacing the strawberry for #cherry 🍒 Both tastes wonderfully great!

Nights like these on #winter really calls us for #dinner with #wine. This winter specially I am being able to know different restaurants experiences and into this opportunity, I had the chance to #taste South African Rosé Wine called Roseline and a Spanish Wine called Hacienda, both as long I was having fish called St. Pierre with nuts cover.
The dessert is Brazilian typical chocolate spoon! 🍫

Tastefull discover right after sunday run, once going to know Bica da Rainha at Rainha Guilhermina in Leblon, Rio de Janeiro. They have single, couple and lots of people brunch options very well composed regarding to protein, fiber, carbohydrate and liquid varieties for you to choose.

Light option for Dinner was my thought once passing by D.O.C. and deciding to eat a quiche with salad plus Iced Latte Macadamia Coffee, too delicious! Beyond that, you can have even a brunch during the morning in the same place in Leblon, Rio de Janeiro, close to General Venâncio Flores and Ataulfo de Paiva quarter.

That’s a #crowded place right at Dias Ferreira street in Leblon, Rio de Janeiro. Calls attention because it’s always full of people. Once being there, it feels a good place to #talk, to stand by and #taste #international food. I had a German starter, really full of flavor! The dessert and white wine complete the experience.
