Nooma, Bistro that smells like Healthy Restaurant ☕️🥗

In the middle of some #shoppings at #Leblon Shopping I knew Nooma, once looking for healthy lunch. I’ve tasted foods like these, but really liked their Bowl Burguer followed by an American #Coffee called in portuguese like “Café #Coado”, this one just a little more #intese than the real American coffee.

Mono, a huge surprise “ought to” know in Leblon 🥢

Japanese food usually reminds of #crude or #raw food, and that’s exactly what I was looking for. But reading the menu my eyes were surprisly caught by a fried pasta with #octopus, #pork, #chicken, so many different types of meat plus #vegetables, harmonizes with some sauce that unifies the flavour once you taste.

You gotta know them! Enjoy! 🍣🍜

Special Sea food pasta at Gabbiano 🍝

Have you ever imagined a #seafood #pasta moistured in a tomato sauce natural made by the Chef providing an incredible flavour, to taste on your favorite days?

It really does exists, and you can find at Gabbiano. One of my favorite Italian restaurant in the whole world! Perfect Swiss Lemonade plus grana padano white pizza complements astonishingly 🍋‍🟩🧀

During the world cup #2026 I chose #light dishes to make the tense match just for external surface, avoiding bad feelings for stomachache issues. Trying to prevent problems even being healthy with no stomach historical issue, is the first step to #keep #healthy at all times.

Leblon’s Pato com Laranja menu, surface and design, What a great sensation in Rio de Janeiro! 🍹🍽

I’ve been there to watch the France x Paraguay World Cup 2026 match, and it was exactly what I was looking for, for an evening game, discret and big screens.

The attendance is marvellous, the taste of non alcoholic drinks, drinks, foods and deserts are wonderful. Make yourself a day to have this experience at the address Dias Ferreira 410 in Rio de Janeiro. It’s delicious!

When we want to be surrounded for people looking for the same good experience full of energy, to enhance any previous thoughts not estimated and be sure to go to a place feeling you’re gonna come back better?! This place is “Pato com Laranja”, on anyone of their places, as they’re in more than one neighborhood in Brazil country, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.

They have #food #diversity allowing you keep the feeding habits the way you want to. I had #japonese food at that night, and it was delicious. I #recommend for anytime, including during the day! 🙌😊
